Contemporary Country Estate

This contemporary design unifies outdoor entertainment space, including a swimming area and Bocce court. A Xeriscape design promotes water conservation through the use of water-collection systems, mulch, non-wasteful irrigation, and a drought tolerant plant palette. Sustainable materials including pavers, pre-cast concrete and native plants blend in with the surrounding environment, and were all sourced from within 200 miles of the project site.
